life sex & death - the silent majority

label: warner brothers
released: 1992

....some of you may be saying to yourself "hey...this doesn't belong here,man!"....some of you may be saying to yourself "who is this? and why does the album cover make me feel funny in my pants?"....some of you may remember seeing this bands videos for the songs "school's for fools" and "tank" on BEAVIS AND BUTT-HEAD back in the day (which is how i was originally turned onto them)....the band originally started out as one of those hair metal bands...but then morphed into something that crossed the likes of cheap trick and early alice in chains and a little bit o' early van halen..."ipecac...why this? why here?"...tell you what...you give this a listen (namely the songs "jawohl asshole" and "tank")...and if you're still not sold...i'll eat the brown stuff in the back of the refrigerator....come on...don't be a fuckin' shit ass...you want this and you know it....

I personally LOVE this album. The whole thing is awesome. I even like "Hey Buddy." Stanley's vocals are unique and strong. I saw LSD live in 1992 and they rocked. I thought they did better than Lynch Mob, which they opened for. The show was solid, just like the album. I highly recommend this record.
