Questions For Our Readers

Good people of the internet, I come before you with two questions:

1. What is the best'est and most free'est manner in which to extract music from an Apple iPhone 4 and place it back onto a Macintosh computer? Mind you, I'm not asking about an iPod, but an iPhone 4 specifically. There seems to be myriad software options out there for this very issue, but I would like to hear any first hand experience solving this problem.

2. Are there any requests for music or general comments about the blog that you would like to make public? It would seem that our esteemed leader Ipecac is taking a leave of absence (godspeed Mr. Ipecac), so this internet ghetto is under my sole supervision for the time being, and while I am more than happy to continue with my reign of terror unopposed, I, as a benevolant dictator, will entertain requests so long as they meet my stringent standards of quality (no matter how vague, whimsical, or nebulous those standards might be).

well you;re not doing much posting, are you?

Thank you Anonymous person for that insight. You are correct, I have not been posting so much lately, and that has become crystal clear with the temporary absence of Ipecac, but rest assured, I have lots of great music ready to go, and I will get back into the regular swing of posts.

I appreciate your implied concern for my health, safety, and welfare.

if you posted Resin and Punishment records (provided you have them), I'd be eternally grateful.

Are you talking about the Resin that did the split with Still Life and the Punishment from Philadelphia, or the one from San Diego?

I like alot of the stuff on here. There is one CD so good but very hard to find. Slam Suzzanne's "Down on the Floor with your Mom." I remember it back in the early 90's.

Continue to unearth bands that sound like Quicksand!

Just more posts, has dried up lately. Great to hear more are on the way. Did you try putting a microphone near the iPhone 4 speaker to get the music off? ;)

Re-Up the Void stuff.

The Void "Potion For Bad Dreams" link is still up and working. I didn't post the "Condensed Flesh" link, and therefore are not able to repair it if it is down.

Maybe try them again, sometimes Mediafire is temperamental.

Would love to find albums from Someday I, a band in the Jawbox realm of sound and a band called Wretch Like Me, some straight forward punkin rockin goodness.
