what better time to post this album

in case you didn't know...it's his birthday today...and you should all take some time out of your day to sit and eat a fried peanut butter 'nana sammich while reading the elvis bible (aka "medical dictionary")....but don't do it in the bathroom

the big boys were a band out of austin,tx during the late 70's/early 80's...they brought the funk to punk...and are considered one of the first hardcore bands as well as having a helping hand in the making of skate rock

after the band split up in 1984...members went onto bands like scratch acid (drummer rey washam)...poison 13 (guitarist tim kerr and bassist chris gates)...and cargo cult (vocalist randy turner....who died back in 2005 from hepatitis c)

so if you're down with stuff like early red hot chili peppers...minutemen...any old school punk in general...
